The case study is an example of our design related support work. An Inspire East enabler was appointed to lead a design workshop with partners and stakeholders involved in delivering an adventure playground alongside a proposed affordable housing development in Luton.
The aims of the workshop were to explore the link between good design, safer streets and healthier lifestyles and identifiy replicable best practice. Practical urban design analysis of the site and surroundings was undertaken to help develop a shared understanding of the context, the constraints and opportunities for this mixed use development.
