Inspire East puts a lot of effort into evaluating its performance to understand how it can improve the delivery of its services.

We use an evaluation framework based on a 'logic model' to connect factors affecting whether or not someone would decide to use an Inspire East service – directly or indirectly – to organisational changes and sustainable community outcomes.  This has resulted in a set of indicators of Inspire East activities, outputs and results.  These go beyond simple activity measures in considering individual and organisational outcomes and qualitative measures relating to customer satisfaction, stakeholder awareness and confidence in Inspire East’s impact.

Evidence is collected through a stakeholder survey, interviews with key partners and customers and a range of management information. This includes the use of feedback forms at all our events. Two evaluations have been undertaken to date. You can access these reports from our website.

The results are helping to shape our services and the way we deliver these. Inspire East stakeholders are kept up to date through our monthly e-newsletter. Contact us if you want to be added to the distribution list.
