Maxine Bilcock is a Senior Natural Resources Officer on the Natural Resources and Rural Team at Government Office for the East of England. GO-East brings together into a single operation the varied regional activities of a range of Government departments with the aim of making the region a better place to live and work in. Maxine leads on the Water and Waste agenda for GO-East working with key stakeholders to deliver the government’s priorities within the East of England.

Maxine has been a civil servant for 17 years working originally in Job Centres and moved to GO-East in 1999. Maxine has previously worked on the delivery of European Funding Programmes and the Regional Housing agenda within GO-East. Maxine has a lot of experience working with partnerships to develop and deliver strategies and business plans.
