The National Empowerment Partnership consists of ten consortia, one in each of the English regions and a national consortium.  The leads in each of the nine English Regions are:

• Creating Excellence in the South West
• North West Improvement Network
• Single Platform East Midlands (no website)
• VONNE in the North East, South East region
• COGS in Yorkshire and the Humber
• Inspire East in the East of England.
