Chelmsford Borough Council was required to develop an Action Pan for the North Chelmsford area, which had been identified as a primary area of growth for the town through earlier studies.  The resultant North Chelmsford Area Action Plan is a part of the Local Development Framework (LDF), and is due for independent examination during 2010.
