We are a small team, working to deliver a range of services and support to you. Although our roles cover different parts of a sustainable community we work together to ensure that these areas are joined up. Current roles and responsibilities are set out below.
Mark Deas, Acting Executive Director
Mark is current on secondment to Insight East, EEDA's economic intelligence unit. However, he continues to manage Inpsire East on a part-time basis. Most of the project delivery and day to day management is undertaken by Dan and Leah.

Dan Durrant, Project Co-ordinator
Dan spends 80 per cent of his time working with Regional Cities East on their Capacity for Urban Renaissance in the East programme. This is focused on supporting skills and capacity issues in small and medium sized cities at the heart of the growth agenda. Dan also manages a significant part of the Enabling service.

Leah Douglas, Project Co-ordinator, Empowerment
Leah is responsible for facilitating the Regional Empowerment Partnership and supporting them to deliver a range of projects within the REP action plan.

Tracey James, Project Co-ordinator
Tracey is currently on an informal placement from Government Office for the East of England where she is the regional policy lead for community empowerment and Big Society. Tracey will oversee the closure of the Take Part Development Fund programme and the Targeted Support Programme as well as promoting Big Society and the Localism Bill to local and regional partners.

Jo Reynolds, Administrator
Jo provides comprehensive administrative support to the Inspire East team including providing a secretariat service to the Advisory Board. Jo also has specific responsibility for administrative support for our empowerment programme.
