We are a small team, working to deliver a range of services and support to you. Although our roles cover different parts of a sustainable community we work together to ensure that these areas are joined up.
Jen Wingate, Community Manager
Jen is responsible for the community development and community regeneration aspects of Inspire East’s programme. Jen’s current projects include the Regional Empowerment Partnership and approaches to community engagement. Jen is also currently acting joint Executive Director with Mark Deas.

Mark Deas, Information and Learning Manager
Mark is responsible for the information sharing and learning aspects of Inspire East's programme. This includes managing the Inspire East website and working with skills providers in the region. He also oversees the Design Review & Enabling Services and is acting joint Executive Director with Jen Wingate.

Dan Durrant, Project Co-ordinator
Dan is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of Inspire East activities. Dan’s current projects include facilitating the Local Delivery Vehicle’s network and the Design & Historic Environment Champions Network and supporting the Enabling Service. Dan leads on the production of good practice guides for Inspire East.

Rachel Leggett, Project Co-ordinator
Rachel is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of Inspire East activities. Rachel's current projects include the Excellence Framework and associated training on Sustainable Communities, supporting the Design Review Panel service, coordinating work of the Community Development network, and a range of work on Community Empowerment.

Andy Pitt, Waterwise East Coordinator
Waterwise East is the regional centre of excellence for water efficiency in the East of England. The East is the UK’s driest region and water resources are under increasing pressure from an ambitious development agenda, increasing per-capita consumption, climate change, and ever more stringent environmental standards. Waterwise East works with developers and other water stakeholders to reduce water wastage in both new and existing buildings and to increase the profile of water efficiency across the region.
